Here's what I like: Transparent perks and benefits (including flexible working schedules, a big one for me), detailed and conversational job listings, and they seem to have a strong remote work culture.
Here's what I'd like to see more of: Stronger Glassdoor reviews (currently at 3.6), and a more relatable, personal approach to their careers page. It feels corporate and safe. I'd love to see some more personality shine through.
