The hot takeJeff's read on AirDev
Airdev is a relatively small company, so there isn't a ton of information on them to give you a proper hot take. I would love to see some more published information about their remote work policies and employee perks and benefits. That said, I do love that they prefer async and written communication over meetings:
Airdev is headquartered in San Francisco but we are a fully-remote, international company. We look for driven, action-oriented people based anywhere who are excited to change the landscape of software development. We might be right for you if you want to be in charge of your own schedule and output, prefer asynchronous work, and love written communication.
