The hot take Jeff's read on Awesome Motive
Awesome Motive has one of my all-time favorite career page quotes:
"Work at Home, Feel at Home. When we say we value People First, we mean it. We pride ourselves in making a welcoming environment for everyone. No politics, No B.S., and definitely No jerks!"
They seriously do a great job on their careers page of conveying a lot of information while putting forth a lot of personality with a warm vibe. Here's a few things I like:
- ⏱️ Flexible Hours
- 🏥 Health, Dental & Vision Insurance
- 💻 Equipment Stipend
- 📚 Professional Development budget
