About the role
As a Senior Software Engineer, Backend on Camunda’s Distributed Systems team, you’ll help build and evolve the durable, highly available, horizontally scalable streaming platform that underpins Camunda 8’s Orchestration Cluster.
This platform powers mission-critical processes for customers around the world. You will work on technically challenging and rewarding projects.
What you'll do
- Work on expanding our multi-Raft implementation.
- Develop and improve our SWIM-based cluster membership algorithm.
- Optimize high performance networking components.
- Build and evolve a durable, highly available, and horizontally scalable streaming platform.
