Chainlink Labs builds software that connects real-world data, like weather or sports scores, to blockchain apps. They're basically the bridge that lets blockchains interact securely with information from outside their own networks.
They do make some solid statements like "At Chainlink Labs, you own your journey. You'll shape your career trajectory while collaborating with the brightest minds in the industry. By tackling complex challenges, you become part of a meritocratic, high-growth environment that values and rewards your commitment." That said, their careers page is very Chainlink-focused and what prospective employees can provide Chainlink, rather than employee-focused and what Chainlink can provide prospective employees. I'd love to see a bit more about how they feel about empowering employees. I also don't know what "temporary working abroad" means as a perk. If Chainlink could clarify, I would appreciate it. To me this sounds like they only let you work as a digital nomad part-time, which doesn't make sense for a WFA company. I'd love to hear more from the company.
