    About the role

FantasyPros is a small, collaborative team where strong ideas can move quickly.

We’re looking for an experienced, consumer-focused, AI-savvy Senior Product Manager with deep working knowledge of fantasy sports. You’ll own the core FantasyPros experience and flagship tools like Expert Consensus Rankings, Who Should I Start, player pages, and more.

You’ll work closely with engineering and design to drive product launches, lead key initiatives, contribute to product strategy, and craft outstanding experiences used by millions of sports fans.

    What you'll do

    • Own the strategy and roadmap for the core FantasyPros experience, identifying opportunities, validating ideas, shipping improvements, and measuring results.
    • Turn product opportunities and user feedback into clear specs, priorities, and work the team can ship.
    • Improve rankings, start/sit, player comparison, community, and advice products.
    • Use product data, experiments, SEO data, user research, and customer feedback to drive decisions.
    • Regularly use AI tools to research, build with coding agents, prototype ideas, analyze data, and automate workflows.
    • Partner closely with engineering, design, content, marketing, data science, and leadership to deliver high-impact features.
    • Prioritize the work that creates the most meaningful customer value.
    • Plan around the fantasy calendar so the product is ready for draft season, waivers, start/sit windows, trade deadlines, and playoffs.
    • Improve existing products while protecting the experiences customers already rely on.

    What they're looking for

    • 4+ years of product management experience building consumer products in a fast-paced startup or growth-stage environment.
    • Deep working knowledge of fantasy sports, especially fantasy football, including drafts, waivers, trades, rankings, and weekly lineup decisions.
    • Proven experience shipping meaningful customer-facing features from concept through launch.
    • Regular use of AI coding agents and generative AI to research, prototype, analyze, automate, and ship.
    • High agency, strong ownership, and the ability to work autonomously through ambiguous problems.
    • Strong analytical skills and a track record of using customer feedback and product data to drive decisions.
    • Strong design instincts and a high bar for simple, useful product experiences.
    • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate closely across functions.

    Nice to have

    • Domain knowledge and experience with sports betting, prediction markets, or DFS.
    • Experience with subscription or consumer SaaS products.
    • Examples of personal vibe-coded apps or projects.
    • Experience building community features and products.
