About the role
Invisible Technologies is an end-to-end AI platform that structures messy data, automates digital workflows, and deploys agentic solutions. The company has worked to improve models for over 80% of the world’s top AI companies, including Microsoft, AWS, and Cohere.
The Head of Frontier AI will own revenue growth from model builders across foundation labs, large tech companies, and enterprises. This is a commercial leadership role with a product mandate, running client relationships end-to-end and working with Product and Engineering to scale offerings.
Invisible reached $134M in revenue and was ranked as the number two fastest growing AI company on the 2024 Inc. 5000. In September 2025, the company raised $100M in growth capital to accelerate its mission of making AI work in the enterprise.

- Build and run account plans for key accounts, including whitespace mapping across all offerings.
- Source, scope, price, and close new programs and lead negotiations on MSAs and SOWs.
- Be the senior relationship owner with research leads, post-training teams, and AI platform teams.
- Bring structured customer insight to Product and Engineering regarding training trends and data bottlenecks.
- Co-define packaging and pricing for productized offerings to move toward repeatable, higher-margin products.
- Build and lead a team of account executives and engagement leads as the business scales.

The hot takeJeff's read on Invisible
Invisible's Glassdoor reviews are hovering around 3.5, which raises a bit of a yellow flag for me. Again, take GD reviews with a grain of salt, and simply an indicator. Here's a few things I DO like quite a bit. Check out their statement about autonomy and productivity on this page. Here's a few of their beliefs I align with:
👩💻 On productivity: "We believe work isn't about where you are or how many hours you log. It's about what you accomplish."
🏖️ On PTO: "Time off when you need it. No red tape. We care about outcomes, not optics."
🤓 On flexible hours: "Flexible work hours. Your hours are yours. What matters is the result, not when you open your laptop."
