MailerLite was born in 2010 to give businesses a simple yet powerful email solution to help them grow. They're a team of over 130 designers, developers, writers, speakers, photographers, surfers, chess players, world travelers, dreamers, and genuinely lovely people.
MailerLite has downloaded my brain, extracted everything we know about creating a perfect careers page that emphasizes taking an employee-first approach, and published it. Seriously, everything is perfect. Oh, and of course they have an employee map, which really fires me up. We recommend that every company publishes the perks and benefits they offer employees - MailerLite has published an entire page dedicated to their P&Bs. You're over-delivering, big time. There are so many great policies in here that we want to share, but honestly I would have to copy/paste the entire page.
