About the role
Nash is the autonomic logistics platform. Self-optimizing, self-healing AI Agents unify decisioning and execution across fleets, carriers, and fulfillment networks. We’re 1,000+ customers across 20+ countries, backed by a16z and Y Combinator.
Nash is hiring its first global field and event marketing lead. You will own how Nash shows up in person: the event strategy for the company, and the field execution behind it in every region. You report to the VP of Growth and work directly with Sales leaders in each region.
Nash unifies decisioning, execution, and capacity into a single programmable platform. We power delivery and logistics for brands including Walmart, Urban Outfitters, 7-Eleven, and Woolworths, alongside platforms like Shopify and Toast.

- Manage the field budget across regions, invested against pipeline and deal acceleration.
- Own every in-person moment including booths, dinners, hosted events, gifting, merch and swag.

- Manage internal events, including all-hands and company offsites.
- Hire field managers and set the regional standards.
What they're looking for

- History of owning flagship events and answering for their performance.
- Ability to plan a year of events as one program and track pipeline production.
- Command of budget and logistics at scale.
- AI already integrated into your workflow.
