I'm a sucker for a public-facing employee handbook, and Railsware has an absolute doozy (go check it out on their careers page). Oh and can I get a big amen for this statement? "Railswarriors work from different parts of the world. We don’t have a fixed full-time schedule and are flexible in organizing our work and meetings. RWs know exactly when to book a video call and when to choose asynchronous communication and don’t complicate things by scheduling a call if a problem can be dealt with within a single message." Amen?
