About the role
REGEX SEO is a young and rapidly growing marketing agency based in the US, delivering digital marketing solutions for home service businesses.
As a Web Designer on our 100% remote team, you will collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers to create visually stunning and intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
What you'll do
- Lead the creative process for project engagements.
- Create and present design ideas and concepts for digital experiences, primarily websites but occasionally apps.
- Prepare creative briefs and other assets and present design ideas to relevant stakeholders.
- Design the look and feel of web and mobile applications, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Transform wireframes and similar creative definition artifacts into intuitive user interfaces.
- Conduct user research and testing to ensure designs are intuitive, easy to use, and meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with technical and analytical teammates to ensure designs align with the brand image while meeting usability and website standards.
- Provide consistency in design, UI/UX, and content across all Inclined branded experiences.

- Strong UI skills and a strong portfolio of UI design work.
- Highly skilled in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Experience implementing beautiful brand identities into compelling digital experiences, including websites and applications.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Self-driven, with a bias for action and willingness to get involved and take ownership.
- Enjoy working in a small, distributed team and collaborating with other designers.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
