Sana’s vision is to make healthcare easy by creating an experience that feels seamless when members need to access the healthcare system. We are looking for a detail-oriented, service-minded contractor to support our Network Operations team for a 3-month engagement. You will keep provider data accurate, act as a first point of contact for provider questions, and help with entry-level contracting work.

- Process new requests from providers wanting to join the Sana Network and collect required documentation like W-9s and credentialing information.
- Prepare agreements from standard contract templates and transfer information to internal and external databases.
- Flag recurring issues and suggest ways to improve provider contracting workflows and technology.
- Audit and maintain provider-facing materials, internal resources, and contract templates.
- Track contract status and documentation to ensure agreements are complete and signed.
What they're looking for
- 1–2+ years of experience in an administrative, data entry, customer service, or provider relations role.
- Excellent communicator and values-oriented.
- Expert multi-tasker able to handle high-volume work in a fast-paced environment.
- Accurate with data and comfortable with repetitive entry.
- Self-directed learner capable of working through a queue with minimal oversight.
- Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel and comfortable with modern web applications.
- Available for full-time schedule (40 hours/week) during normal business hours.
Nice to have
