    About the role

SparkLoop is the largest growth platform for newsletters, building tools used by thousands of publishers including James Clear, Tim Ferriss, and Morning Brew. Part of Kit since 2023, SparkLoop is a calm, profitable team that ships.

You would join the product team which builds and maintains the platform following Shape Up principles. We hire 'managers of one' who are trusted to run their own work and own projects from start to finish.

Working at SparkLoop offers freedom and a genuine say in what gets built. The culture is remote and async-first, valuing agency and the instinct to solve problems independently while collaborating within the team.

    What you'll do

    • Take ownership of building new features end to end
    • Collaborate closely with the Engineering and Growth teams to build delightful features
    • Help scale and maintain infrastructure as the company grows

    What they're looking for

    • Strong writing skills for remote and async communication
    • Confident full-stack Rails developer comfortable across the entire stack
    • Fluent with agentic coding tools like Claude Code or Cursor
    • Comfortable with ambiguity and making independent decisions
    • Based in Europe, Africa, or the Americas
