About the role
We’re seeking a pragmatic, business-minded Staff Commercial Counsel to join our Legal team. Reporting to the Managing Lead Commercial Counsel, this role will support the company’s commercial contracting needs.
You’ll partner with internal stakeholders across the company to help move commercial matters forward while managing risk in a practical, scalable way.
What you'll do
- Draft, review, and negotiate a range of agreements.
- Handle routine and high-volume matters such as amendments and non-disclosure agreements.
- Manage customer agreements and vendor agreements.
