The hot takeJeff's read on Tyk
Their careers page is just nothing but quotables:
"Life happens. Pick up the kids, hit the gym, or just recharge. We trust you to deliver great work on your own schedule."
I mean, they just get it:
"At Tyk, we believe that a good work-life balance is essential to a happy and productive life. That’s why we offer fully remote working with flexible hours, so you can fit your ‘work life’ and your ‘life life’ together seamlessly."
I love this line: "We don't control or monitor working hours. Instead, we trust you to give your best." Give me all of this and more.
