About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who combines exceptional craft with deep production expertise. Working within the brand vision and creative direction, you’ll translate campaign concepts into polished, consistent assets across a wide range of go-to-market channels.
This is a highly hands-on role. You’ll spend most of your time designing and producing work for integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, demand-generation programs, sales enablement, events, partnerships, and corporate communications.
Alpaca operates in a trust-sensitive, highly technical space where clarity, consistency, and attention to detail matter. You will bring senior judgment to the execution, ensuring every deliverable is accurate, on-brand, and appropriate for its audience and channel.
What you'll do
- Translate established creative concepts and brand direction into polished assets across multiple go-to-market channels
- Produce campaign deliverables for web, paid and organic social, email, landing pages, events, webinars, print, and other digital formats
- Create sales and partner collateral, including presentations, pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, solution briefs, and reports
- Support product launches, demand-generation campaigns, account-based marketing programs, and regional go-to-market initiatives
- Adapt core campaign ideas into channel-specific executions while preserving a consistent visual story
- Partner with marketing, sales, content, communications, and regional teams to understand requirements
- Turn complex financial and technical information into clear, credible, and visually engaging materials
- Build and maintain reusable templates and modular asset systems that improve production speed
- Apply Alpaca’s established standards for typography, color, illustration, iconography, imagery, and layout
- Prepare production-ready files and perform detailed quality assurance across formats and specifications
- Manage multiple concurrent requests and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
- Provide thoughtful craft feedback and help improve production practices across the creative team
What they're looking for
- 7+ years of professional experience in graphic, visual, brand, or marketing design
- A portfolio demonstrating exceptional execution across integrated campaigns, digital marketing, presentations, and sales collateral
- Significant experience producing multi-channel go-to-market assets within an established brand direction
- Agency or high-volume in-house experience, with the ability to manage multiple briefs simultaneously
- Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Advanced presentation-design skills, particularly for executive, sales, and customer-facing materials
- Strong knowledge of production requirements across digital, social, web, presentation, and print formats
- Excellent typography, composition, layout, and information-hierarchy skills
- Strong attention to detail and a disciplined approach to file organization and version control
- Experience collaborating with creative directors, marketers, copywriters, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience in fintech, financial services, developer tools, infrastructure, data, or enterprise software
Nice to have
- Motion design experience using After Effects, Lottie, or similar tools
- Experience supporting global or regionalized campaigns
- Familiarity with localization and creating adaptable campaign toolkits
- Experience working in a high-growth startup or distributed in-house creative team

The hot takeJeff's read on Alpaca
I like their clear views on the value of remote work, check out this quote from their careers page:
> "Our teams are not just global, we're also 100% remote and have team members in almost every time zone and continent (except Antarctica). By joining Alpaca you'll be part of a multicultural, international organization."
I also like that their Glassdoor scores are going up (now 3.7/5), and they have some solid testimonials. I'm a LITTLE wary of this statement that gives me a bit of a "hustle culture" vibe:
> "We're keen on that last 10% of effort and believe that the details do matter. If this sounds like you, then you're in the right place."
