We are seeking a Legal Associate to support our IT/HRTech SaaS business across corporate, commercial, employment, and compliance matters. This role offers hands-on exposure to B2B SaaS contracts, labor and employment laws, corporate compliance, arbitration, and M&A transactions.
What you'll do
- Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, and company law matters.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage B2B SaaS and IT contracts including MSAs, DPAs, and NDAs.
- Identify and mitigate legal risks across business operations.
- Draft and update employment contracts, HR policies, handbooks, and codes of conduct.
- Support internal audits, regulatory filings, and compliance reporting.
- Maintain legal documentation, contract repositories, and compliance trackers.
What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB).
- 2-5 years of experience in corporate, commercial, and employment law.
- Strong experience with B2B SaaS and IT contracts.
- Experience with labor laws, corporate compliance, and arbitration.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have
- LLM degree.
- Exposure to SOC 2 (Type I / Type II) compliance frameworks.
- Working knowledge of GDPR and data privacy regulations.
- Experience in IT, SaaS, or HRTech environments.
