What you'll do
- Identify and research individuals via LinkedIn and social platforms to find conversation pieces.
- Write crisp, personalized emails and use video tools like Loom to deliver pitches that cut through the noise.
- Document the entire journey from prospect to customer with detailed notes in the CRM.
- Host India's top HR podcast (The Shape of Work) to network and connect with industry leaders.
- Send meeting minutes within 30 minutes of concluding any prospect interaction.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team for sales enablement and support.
- Target HR Ops functions, CEOs, CHROs, and VPs in Indian businesses ranging from 100-5000 employees.
