About the role
Trafilea is seeking an Order Management & Shipping Experience Sr Manager to own the entire post-purchase experience, from order execution to delivery and unboxing.
In this role, you will build and optimize processes at scale rather than just managing them, turning operations into a growth lever for the company.
What you'll do
- Own the entire post-purchase experience from order execution to delivery, shipping experience, and unboxing
- Eliminate operational friction at scale including backlog, errors, backorders, partial shipments, and inefficiencies
- Drive delivery performance globally, optimizing speed, cost, and customer satisfaction
- Improve NPS, reduce detractors, and increase repurchase through operational improvements
- Lead ERP evolution and automation using NetSuite, Shopify, and integrations to build scalable systems
- Design packaging and subscription experiences that elevate brand perception and retention
- Build and lead a high-performance team with full ownership of results
