These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, products, services, software, memberships, subscriptions, digital downloads, educational content, courses, tools, resources, and related offerings operated by Beach Commute, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) (collectively, the “Service”).
The Service may include, without limitation, Beach Commute Atlas, job boards, company databases, job alerts, artificial intelligence features, resume tools, application tracking tools, networking tools, career assessments, educational resources, templates, downloadable materials, courses, videos, software applications, memberships, subscriptions, and other career-related products or services offered by the Company now or in the future.
The Service is designed to provide informational, educational, and research resources intended to assist individuals with career exploration, job searching, professional development, and related activities.
By accessing, purchasing, subscribing to, downloading, registering for, or otherwise using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use information. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
By creating an account, you represent that:

2. Account Registration
Access to some of our services requires creating an account and subscribing to a paid membership plan.

Accounts are for individual use only and may not be shared with other individuals, teams, or organizations.

3. Subscription and Billing
Some of our products are offered as a paid subscription service.
By subscribing, you agree that:

you will be charged according to the subscription plan you select

subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled

subscription offerings, billing periods, and pricing may change from time to time
Payments are processed through third-party payment processors.
If payment cannot be processed, the Company may suspend or terminate access to the Service.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled prior to the renewal date, and you authorize Beach Commute, LLC to charge your payment method for recurring subscription fees until your subscription is cancelled.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
You may cancel any of your subscriptions at any time through either your account dashboard or by contacting hello@beachcommute.com.
When you cancel:

your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period

you will not be billed again after the current billing cycle ends
Refunds are not provided for unused portions of a billing period.
However, a refund for the most recent renewal charge may be requested within 48 hours of the charge, at the Company’s discretion.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated at the time of purchase, all sales of digital products, downloadable materials, templates, recordings, courses, educational content, software tools, memberships, subscriptions, and other digital goods or services are final and non-refundable.
5. Description of the Service
Some of our services provide access to curated company information, job opportunities, and related research tools designed to help users explore potential work-from-anywhere employment opportunities.
The Service may include premium content, data, tools, and features made available to subscribers.
The Company reserves the right to modify, add, or remove features or functionality of the Service at any time.
The Service may also include educational content, downloadable materials, templates, courses, videos, software tools, artificial intelligence features, assessments, calculators, trackers, recommendations, email alerts, premium content, and other career-related resources. The Company reserves the right to modify, add, remove, suspend, discontinue, or replace any feature, functionality, content, product, or service at any time without notice.
6. Informational Purpose Only
Our products are informational research tools.
The Company does not:

guarantee employment offers

guarantee hiring outcomes
Use of the Service does not create an employment relationship between users and Beach Commute, LLC.
Users are responsible for independently verifying job details, compensation, company policies, and employment conditions directly with employers.
Any materials, resources, bonuses, templates, examples, outputs, or guidance are provided for informational and educational purposes only.
While these resources may include tools such as resume templates, outreach message examples, LinkedIn guidance, interview strategies, or other career-related materials designed to support your job search, Beach Commute LLC does not guarantee any specific outcomes or results. This includes, but is not limited to, securing job interviews, receiving job offers, obtaining employment, or achieving any particular career outcome.
Individual results will vary based on many factors outside of Beach Commute LLC’s control, including but not limited to your background, experience, qualifications, effort, timing, job market conditions, and employer hiring decisions.
By using, viewing, or interacting with any Beach Commute product, service, resource, or any associated materials, you acknowledge and agree that Beach Commute LLC makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding the results you may achieve.
6A. Educational Content, Templates, Tools, AI Features, and Career Resources
Beach Commute LLC may provide educational content, downloadable materials, templates, guides, courses, videos, software tools, artificial intelligence features, assessments, calculators, trackers, recommendations, email alerts, career resources, and other products or services (collectively, “Resources”).
All Resources are provided for informational and educational purposes only.
Any examples, templates, scripts, resumes, cover letters, networking messages, interview answers, salary negotiation strategies, LinkedIn recommendations, career recommendations, employer contact information, application tracking tools, AI-generated suggestions, assessments, or other materials are intended solely as general educational resources.
Users acknowledge that hiring decisions are made exclusively by employers and that Beach Commute LLC has no control over employer decisions, recruiting processes, job market conditions, compensation decisions, interview outcomes, application outcomes, or employment opportunities.
Beach Commute LLC does not guarantee that use of any Resource will improve a user’s likelihood of obtaining interviews, receiving job offers, securing employment, increasing compensation, obtaining remote work arrangements, advancing professionally, or achieving any specific outcome.
Users understand that guidance, recommendations, templates, examples, and AI-generated outputs may not be appropriate for every individual, employer, industry, role, geographic location, or circumstance. In some situations, use of such materials may have no impact or negative impact on outcomes or may not align with an employer’s preferences, expectations, or hiring practices.
Users are solely responsible for reviewing, modifying, verifying, and exercising independent judgment regarding any information, recommendations, templates, AI-generated outputs, communications, resumes, applications, profiles, or materials before using, submitting, publishing, sharing, or relying upon them.
Users remain solely responsible for all resumes, cover letters, applications, outreach messages, networking communications, interview responses, salary negotiations, LinkedIn profiles, personal websites, portfolios, and any other materials submitted to employers or third parties.
Beach Commute LLC shall not be responsible for any consequences resulting from a user’s decision to follow, modify, ignore, implement, or rely upon any Resource, recommendation, suggestion, template, strategy, or educational content.
Artificial intelligence features may generate inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading, or inappropriate outputs. Users are responsible for independently verifying all AI-generated information before relying upon it.
Use of the Service and Resources does not create any coaching relationship, consulting relationship, recruiting relationship, staffing relationship, employment agency relationship, fiduciary relationship, legal relationship, financial advisory relationship, tax advisory relationship, immigration advisory relationship, or other professional relationship between the user and Beach Commute LLC.
The Service does not provide legal, financial, tax, immigration, employment, recruiting, staffing, career-placement, or professional advice. Users should consult qualified professionals regarding their specific circumstances.
Users assume full responsibility for all career, employment, relocation, compensation, networking, interviewing, application, and professional decisions made based on information provided through the Service or Resources.
Users voluntarily assume all risks associated with job searches, employment applications, networking activities, interviews, salary negotiations, relocation decisions, employment acceptance decisions, compensation discussions, and career-related decisions.
7. Job Listings and Company Information
Job opportunities and company information may be curated from publicly available sources or third-party providers.
The Company uses both automated systems and manual review processes to curate and organize information.
However, the Company does not guarantee that:

job opportunities remain available

employers will respond to applicants
Employers and third-party sources are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of job postings.
Inclusion of companies or job opportunities within the Service does not constitute an endorsement by Beach Commute, LLC.
Any scores or ratings and company evaluations represent informational opinions based on available data and internal methodology.
Beach Commute, LLC does not guarantee the legitimacy, safety, reliability, or business practices of any employer listed within the Service.
Users should exercise caution and perform their own due diligence before interacting with employers or providing personal information.
Users should never provide sensitive personal or financial information to employers unless they have independently verified the legitimacy of the employer.
Remote Work Policy Disclaimer:
Beach Commute, LLC curates companies and job opportunities that, based on available information and research conducted by the Company, appear to support remote or location-independent work arrangements. However, remote work policies are determined solely by each employer and may change at any time without notice.
While the Beach Commute newsletter and Beach Commute Atlas are designed to identify companies believed to offer flexible or work-from-anywhere opportunities, Beach Commute, LLC does not guarantee that every company or role listed on the platform will permit employees to work from any location worldwide. In some cases, remote work policies may vary by role, team, employment classification, or geographic region, and certain employers may allow remote work only within specific countries, jurisdictions, or operational regions.
Beach Commute, LLC makes good-faith efforts to research and curate companies that support location-independent work, but users are responsible for confirming remote work eligibility, geographic limitations, employment requirements, and other work conditions directly with the employer during the hiring process.
Use of Beach Commute Atlas or any information shared by Beach Commute LLC does not guarantee that any particular role or employer will permit an employee to work from any specific location. Listings and company information are provided for informational purposes only and should not be interpreted as guarantees of employment conditions or employer policies.
8. Third-Party Content and Links
The Service may contain links to third-party websites.
The Company is not responsible for:

Accessing third-party websites is done at your own risk.
9. Acceptable Use
Users agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and for personal job search use.
Users may not:

redistribute Service data

build competing services

reverse engineer the platform

Users may not attempt to bypass security features or disrupt the functioning of the Service.
Violation may result in account termination.
10. Artificial Intelligence and Dataset Restrictions
Users may not use the Service or its content to:

train machine learning models

create datasets

develop automated databases
without written permission from the Company.
11. Competitor Monitoring Restriction
The Service may not be accessed for the purpose of monitoring the platform, analyzing functionality, or developing competing products or services.
12. Intellectual Property
All content and materials within Beach Commute Atlas are owned by Beach Commute, LLC.
This includes:

platform design

AtlasScore ratings and scoring methodology

curated company database

job listings organization
-
proprietary platform tools
The selection, organization, scoring methodology, and presentation of companies and job opportunities constitute proprietary intellectual property.
Users may not copy, reproduce, replicate, reverse engineer, or create derivative systems based on the AtlasScore rating system or related evaluation models.
13. Service Availability
The Service is provided “as-is” and “as-available.”
The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
14. User Responsibility for Decisions
Users are solely responsible for decisions made based on information provided through the Service.
Beach Commute, LLC shall not be responsible for financial, professional, relocation, or career decisions made based on Service content.
14A. User Responsibility for Employment and Career Decisions
Users are solely responsible for evaluating and determining whether any recommendation, strategy, template, communication, tool, resource, employer, opportunity, or course of action is appropriate for their individual circumstances.
Beach Commute LLC does not control employer hiring decisions, compensation decisions, promotion decisions, employment terms, employment conditions, remote work policies, recruiting processes, interview processes, or employment outcomes.
Users acknowledge that employers may disagree with, disregard, or react negatively to recommendations, templates, strategies, communications, resumes, applications, or other materials provided through the Service or Resources.
Use of any Resource may improve, worsen, or have no effect on a user’s employment prospects, interview opportunities, compensation outcomes, or professional opportunities. Beach Commute LLC makes no representations regarding the effectiveness of any Resource for any particular user or circumstance.
15. Communications
By creating an account, users consent to receive service-related communications including billing notices and updates.
16. Termination
The Company may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beach Commute, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
Without limiting the foregoing, Beach Commute LLC shall not be liable for lost employment opportunities, missed interviews, rejected applications, compensation outcomes, employer decisions, relocation expenses, lost wages, business losses, professional setbacks, emotional distress, reputational harm, immigration consequences, tax consequences, remote work eligibility determinations, or any other damages arising from or related to a user’s reliance on the Service, Resources, recommendations, educational materials, templates, software tools, assessments, career guidance, or AI-generated outputs.
18. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beach Commute, LLC from claims arising from misuse of the Service.
This indemnification obligation includes claims arising from materials submitted by users to employers, third parties, or public platforms, as well as claims arising from reliance on information, recommendations, templates, communications, AI-generated outputs, or other Resources provided through the Service.
19. Changes to Terms
The Company may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
20. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming.
Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, and users waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits.
21. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
22. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between users and Beach Commute, LLC regarding the Service.
23. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
