About the role
At OneLocal, we know that marketing is no longer just about buying ads. It's about mastering a technology landscape that keeps changing. We provide SaaS solutions to small and medium businesses (SMBs) worldwide through a suite of seven digital marketing products.
As we keep growing globally, we are looking for a high-energy Talent Acquisition Specialist (Recruiter) to join our People team full-time. You'll own full-cycle recruiting for your roles from start to finish while helping shape employer brand, culture, and People operations.

What you'll do
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for sales, tech, and operations roles from intake meeting to signed offer
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview processes
- Source and engage passive candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals
- Review resumes and run phone screens to assess skills and values alignment
- Lead interview debriefs and manage the candidate experience throughout the process
- Create employer branding content for LinkedIn and careers pages
- Plan and run virtual and in-person team-building events and recognition programs
- Handle onboarding and offboarding tasks, including paperwork and system access
- Maintain accurate records in the ATS and HRIS
What they're looking for
- Experience in recruiting (agency or in-house), talent acquisition, or a closely related field
- Proactive, results-driven approach with a full-cycle mindset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and projects simultaneously
- Degree in HR, Communications, Business, Psychology, or a related field
- Sound judgment and ability to handle confidential information
Nice to have
- Strong internship experience in recruiting
- Experience with an ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Familiarity with an HRIS, Canva, or Google Workspace
