73 Work-from-anywhere jobs hiring for the week of November 26, 2025
⏱ 20 mins read
Alright, I decided not to take the week off. It’s likely not because I feel obligated to send job listings every week, but rather because I still have this work ethic guilt that nags at me when I take time off. Apparently I need to read The Pathless Path by Paul Millerd again. I’ve still got a broken Western brain.
Regardless, I WILL be taking Thanksgiving and the following day off to hike and play pickleball.
🥾 Speaking of hiking, check out the dawn hike I went on today. Perks of being able to work remote means you don’t have to commute into the office before starting your work day at 9am! I technically COULD have brought my laptop up there, but it was 2,900 feet in elevation and my pack was already too heavy.
Wanna join me next time? Let’s do it!
As a reminder, we have built a work-from-anywhere job board! What’s the difference between this one and the dozens of others? We hand-pick the jobs after manually reviewing them.
You can click that picture.
Human. Reviewed.
That means they aren’t BS listings. They’re real jobs, they’re actually remote, and they are with good companies.
And now, onto the 73 jobs of the week.
Railway – New company alert!
🌶️ Hot take
Oh boy, how did I sleep on this company? Every other article coming out lately is all about “XYZ company is returning to the office” and “remote work is dead and never coming back.” Guess what? There are hundreds of companies still working from anywhere, successfully. They have a GREAT careers page, check it out. Here’s a few things I like:
🏝️ Work from anywhere: “We’re autonomous, async heavy, and hire globally. Pick a place, a base, or any space. We’re happy wherever you are.”
📚 Learning stipends: “Buy books. Learn skills. You’re helping us grow the company, and we hope the company can help grow you.”
🏥 Healthcare: “Universal Healthcare wherever you are. 99% coverage. United Platinum. Done. Don’t worry about it.”
✈️ Retreats: “It’s nice to see each other every now and then to not talk about work, align, meet each other, and have a good time.”
🧘🏾 Minimum PTO: “We value your space. Some companies tout unlimited PTO, pff. With us, you NEED to take minimum 2 weeks and 1 full week at a time.”
🔌 Tech stipend: “We trust you. Buy what you need to be effective. This is your company as much as ours.”

Caylent – New company alert!
🌶️ Hot take
Another great find from my readers! Y’all are killing it with the suggestions, so keep ’em coming, my dudes.
Caylent does a GREAT job of pitching prospective employees on their careers page. I love it when companies emphasize their global presence, which Caylent does multiple times. Companies who emphasize global employment care about output over location, period.
Also, Caylent was founded as a remote company, which makes a huge difference. Companies that adapted to a remote world as a result of covid generally did so out of necessity, and a lot of them did a poor job of it. And, a lot of them have gone RTO. Companies founded as remote companies have excellent structures in place to support working from anywhere.
Lastly, they have a 4.4 on Glassdoor, putting them in the upper tier of remote companies.
🔎 What they do
Caylent is a cloud-native services provider specializing in leveraging AWS to optimize both people and technology within organizations. Caylent excels at transforming bold concepts into reality, fueling innovation for their clients, and helping them thrive in this digital era.
📊 AtlasScore©
Caylent gets a 76% on the Anywhere Atlas, putting them in the top 40% of all remote companies.
🏝️ Remote work policies

IMPACT BRANDS – New company alert, Eastern European targets
🌶️ Hot take
Their careers page really lacks detail. As a matter of fact, the majority of my findings come directly from their job listings. But, they have a solid remote work policy, decent Glassdoor reviews, and some solid perks.
🚨 Important note: It APPEARS that they are targeting Eastern European employees based on the salary ranges offered. If I find in the future that they only target EE employees, I will likely opt to not include them.
🏝️ Remote work: “Whether it’s your home office, a cozy cafe, or a scenic spot across the globe, you have the autonomy to choose your workspace.”
🔌 Home office budget: “A home office allowance and the possibility to choose between a MacBook or a Windows-based workstation.
🏥 Health and wellness budget: “We value your well-being – investment in your health is not just encouraged but actively supported.”
✈️ PTO: Enjoy 25+ Working Days of Holidays to recharge and relax from work.

Superside
🌶️ Hot take
If I see another company that has more than 90% of its career page content that talks about the company mission rather than prospective employees, I’m flat out dropping them from our database. Listen, do THIS:
Why does that work? Because they are prioritizing outcomes rather than worthless things like location, looking “busy”, and keeping employees happy. Say it with me: Offices don’t generate more revenue, it makes old schoolers happy because they have no idea how a business is meant to operate.
🔎 What they do
Superside is the go-to AI-powered creative service. It’s like having an extension of your in-house team, delivering lightning-fast, scalable, top-notch design and creative solutions. They’ve worked with over 450 globally renowned companies like Amazon, Meta, Salesforce, and Shopify since 2015. The secret sauce? They combine the top 1% of creatives worldwide with generative AI, giving them the power to offer on-demand creative services perfectly tailored to the needs of enterprise businesses and emerging industry leaders.
📊 AtlasScore©
Superside gets a 88% on the Anywhere Atlas, putting them in the top 10% of all work-from-anywhere companies.

Railsware
🌶️ Hot take
I’m a sucker for a public-facing employee handbook, and Railsware has an absolute doozy. And for the love of god can companies start telling me WHY I should be applying to work for you? Sell yourself, please! Here’s some good reasons from Railsware:
🔌 Tech stipend: “When joining the team, we would ask you to use our secure hardware only. No worries, it’s going to be great new items, you can choose yourself.”
💪 Health and wellness: “Good health is a key element of an active lifestyle. Railsware helps you maintain it with an extra budget you can spend on what is best for your health at the moment. Be it a meditation app subscription, gym membership, or a yoga mat – all included.”
📚 Learning budget: “At Railsware, we don’t tell you how or what to learn. You get a dedicated sum that you can use to participate in conferences, visit workshops or take courses of your choice.”
⏰ Flexible hours: “Railswarians live in more than 25 countries with different time zones. All of them are free to choose their most productive work time and place.”
Oh and can I get a big amen for this? I was once named “Jeff do-I-have-to-join-this-meeting Baker” by a coworker…
🔎 What they do
Railsware is a product studio specializing in its own products and consultancy services. Their products, Mailtrap, Coupler.io, and Jira Smart Checklist, started as internal tools, gained community recognition, and evolved into successful commercial products with millions of users and future expansions.
📊 AtlasScore©
Railsware gets an 89% on the Anywhere Atlas, putting them in the top 5% of all work-from-anywhere companies.
🏝️ Remote work policies
Almost work from anywhere. I wonder where the few places are that make this an “almost”… Company policy: “You can work almost from any place in the world bringing significant value to the team, influencing company decisions, and growing with us.”
Job Opportunities 🔥
Check out the roles they are currently hiring for below:
👉 Full Stack Engineer: ($100k – $130k/year)
👉 Junior Marketing Specialist: ($60k – $90k/year)
👉 Social Media Manager (freelance): ($40k – $70k/year)
Loom
🌶️ Hot take
I LOVE Loom, both as a place to work and as a super helpful async tool. Anyone who reads my stuff knows that I cannot stand meetings. 90% of meetings probably don’t need to happen, only benefit the loudest person of the room, and eat into productivity time. Tools like Loom make it possible for remote work and digital nomad lifestyles to exist.
They even have a super comprehensive, transparent perks package broken down by where you are a citizen. I love everything about it.
🔎 What they do
Loom is a team of 7000+ Atlassians supporting an international group of 250,000+ customers. They build awesome tools like Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Trello to help teams across the world become more nimble, creative, and aligned.
📊 AtlasScore©
Loom gets an 81% on the Anywhere Atlas putting it in the top 20% of work-from-anywhere companies.
🏝️ Remote work policies
Work from anywhere. Company statement: “Loommates are everywhere. We believe work is something you do, not somewhere you go. You can choose to work from home, a local office in San Francisco or New York, or from the road if you’re the travelling type.”
Job Opportunities 🔥

👉 Principal Product Manager: ($145k – $229k/year)

👉 Associate Tech Support Analyst: ($55k – $75k/year)
Polygon Labs
🌶️ Hot take
If you’ve read my stuff AT ALL, you know that I don’t believe productivity works in a linear way for humans. You have uptime, downtime, and life in between. We do not fit into perfect 9-5 productivity sprints. As a matter of fact, if you try to force a long sprint like that, you’ll probably accidentally get LESS productivity out of your employees. You gotta let ’em breathe! And Polygon understands this:
Here’s some things I like a lot:
⏰ Flexible hours: “Non-linear workdays are encouraged at Polygon. We support our team members to take ownership of their time and schedule in a way that keeps them balanced in life and able have the impact they want at work.”
⚙️ Async Work: “We believe in the future of work. Our teams are made up of contributors across 15+ time zones. We empower our teams to work smarter, not harder, with async-first communication and a culture of trust and transparency.”
🏝️ Unlimited PTO: “At Polygon, full-time employees get unlimited PTO to rest, recharge, and explore the world. We have quarterly global wellness days, and celebrate all our teams’ national and religious holidays either by observing them, or learning more about their history and significance.”
📚 Learning budget: “$200 Annual Book Allowance Program”
🔌 Tech stipend: “Company-issued laptop. $1,500 Home Office Set Up Allowance (lifetime max).”
💪 Health and wellness: Polygon offers country specific health insurance and benefits, egg freezing, company wide mental health support and a book allowance program per year.
🔎 What they do
At Polygon Labs, they believe blockchain technology has the potential to support and scale lasting positive impact on the world. They enable an infinitely scalable web of sovereign blockchains that feels like a single chain.
📊 AtlasScore©
Polygon gets a 75% on the Anywhere Atlas, putting them in the top 35% of fully-remote companies. I love their list of perks:
🏝️ Remote work policies
Fully-remote, but lacking lots of clarity around what that means to them. They really should add some detail on their careers page AND job listings. It also appears that some leadership positions are for US employees only (noted). Company policy: “Remote first global workforcers.”
Job Opportunities 🔥
Check out the roles they are currently hiring for below:
👉 Institutional Marketing Manager: ($100k – $155k/year)
👉 On-Chain Treasury & Liquidity Analyst: ($90k – $150k/year)
👉 Director of Infrastructure: ($180k – $260k/year)
👉 Treasury and Liquidity Analyst: ($90k – $140k/year)
Clutch
🌶️ Hot take
A few readers recommended that I throw Clutch in the newsletter, so I gave them a look this week, and they were right. They’ve got good employee reviews, a work-from-anywhere policy, and some really good perks and benefits. I wouldn’t mind seeing the careers page get built out a little more – some testimonials, a transparent hiring process, etc. But overall they’re doing a nice job. Here’s some things I like:
🔌 Tech stipend: “Home Office Setup Budget”
🏝️ Unforgettable Off-Sites: “Twice a year, bond with colleagues in exciting destinations, fostering teamwork and fresh ideas.”
📈 Stock Options: “Joining us means having a stake in our success, so you’ll receive stock options as part of your compensation package.”
🏥 Health Coverage: “Prioritize your well-being with comprehensive health and dental insurance plans.”
🔎 What they do
Clutch helps credit unions modernize by providing fintech-tools that make borrowing more accessible, intuitive, and enjoyable. They partner with credit unions to equip them with technologies like digital account and loan opening so that these “member-first” institutions can evolve into leading fintech innovators.
📊 AtlasScore©
Clutch gets a 79% on the Anywhere Atlas, putting them in the top 30% of fully-remote companies.
🏝️ Remote work policies
Work from anywhere. Company policy: “Remote Flexibility: Enjoy the freedom of remote work from anywhere, balancing life and career seamlessly.”

👉 Account Executive, Growth: ($60k – $110k/year)
Outliant
🌶️ Hot take
Outliant is another one of my highest recommended companies to work for. Here’s a line from them that I really love:
Everyone deserves a workplace built on dignity and respect. At Outliant, we are dedicated to creating an inclusive environment where every individual is valued, empowering our team to reach their full potential and achieve collective success.
I also love that they created YouTube Shorts with their employees discussing life at Outliant:
Note that many roles have hiring location eligibility. In other words, they are looking for employees who are citizens of specific areas. They are still “work from anywhere”, but hiring eligibility is limited.
🔎 What they do
From idea to execution Outliant offers technical, end-to-end services. Their solution-driven team goes above and beyond to ensure you get the value you need to help you grow digitally.
📊 AtlasScore©
Outliant gets a 92% on the Anywhere Atlas putting it in the top 5% of work-from-anywhere companies.
🏝️ Remote work policies
Work from anywhere. Company policy: “Work anywhere. Outliant is (and always has been) a 100% remote company – we have no offices and our teams are distributed around the world. Given the freedom and autonomy this provides, we require that our people excel in this remote structure.”
Job Opportunities 🔥
Check out the roles they are currently hiring for below:
👉 Project Manager III: ($115k – $160k/year)

OneLocal
🌶️ Hot take
OneLocal has a very, VERY good careers page that checks most of the boxes I’m looking for: transparent WFA policies, perks offered, testimonials from employees, culture statements, clear hiring/interviewing processes, and thorough job listings. I would LOVE to see some more perks listed.
OneLocal’s geographic presence:
🔎 What they do
OneLocal is all about helping small and medium-sized businesses shine with their AI-powered digital marketing solutions. They’re on a mission to make sure SMBs thrive with tools that are easy to use, affordable, and super effective.
📊 AtlasScore©

Zyte
🌶️ Hot take
Zyte’s one of the companies in our database I don’t know a ton about. But here’s what I like: They have a video explaining what it’s like to work for the company, they list employee benefits, and they have a clear remote work policy. Lastly, they have a solid 4.4 on Glassdoor. All solid indicators.
I also like these benefits/perks:

👉 Machine Learning Engineer: ($130k – $190k/year)
👉 Senior Java Engineer: ($130k – $190k/year)
Kantata
🌶️ Hot take
Update for November 26: Glassdoor reviews have dropped down to 3.1, the very bottom of what we will include in our newsletter. Please proceed with caution as this number has dropped from 3.8 just this year. Note that Glassdoor isn’t the end-all, be-all of indicators, but it IS an indicator worth considering. That said, they have a work-from-anywhere policy and a solid perks package:
- Group health insurance with coverage options for Medical, Dental, and Vision
- Life Insurance

👉 Chief Marketing Officer: ($200k – $320k/year)
👉 Director, Alliances & Channel Partnerships: ($150k – $220k/year)
iubenda
🌶️ Hot take
iubenda has offices, but allows their employees to work fully remote. I would LOVE to see more information about their policy on working from anywhere (as a digital nomad would). They have some solid publicly published benefits and perks:
Their Glassdoor score is currently at 4.3, which is not the end-all be-all, but is an indicator we use. I do like that they have some exciting company retreats, which has happened in the Dolomites, Sicily, and Venice.
🔎 What they do
iubenda provides a comprehensive solution for data law compliance, trusted by over 80,000 clients worldwide. They take a holistic approach to compliance, keeping a close eye on key legislations such as GDPR, LGPD, CCPA, and ePrivacy.
📊 AtlasScore©
iubenda gets an 81% on the Anywhere Atlas, putting them in the top 10% of all remote companies.
🏝️ Remote work policies
Fully remote, but lacks clarity around traveling while working. Company statement: “You can work 100% remotely or if you prefer, from one of our beautiful offices in Italy (Bologna and Milan), and Germany (Hamburg). We are used and fully structured to onboard people who prefer to work full-time remotely.”
Job Opportunities 🔥
Check out the roles they are currently hiring for below:
👉 Scrum Master: ($90k – $130k/year)
👉 Revenue Business Analyst: ($75k – $110k/year)
MonetizeMore
🌶️ Hot take
This company was co-founded by a friend of mine, so I might be a little biased 🤷
Looking at this company objectively, you all know I absolutely adore companies that have transparent documentation of their culture, and MonetizeMore does exactly that. I also love that they do yearly retreats, which are an amazing substitute for any type of “hybrid” setup.
🔎 What they do
MonetizeMore, they’re like the AdTech superheroes for digital publishers. They’ve got this awesome suite of tools that’s Google Certified, and it’s all about boosting revenue. They’ve teamed up with the best in the business, working all along the ad supply chain and with premium demand partners. And get this—they’ve helped big shots like Diply, Snopes, Upworthy, UsedEverywhere, BoredPanda, and more rake in the cash.
📊 AtlasScore©
MonetizeMore gets an 81% on the Anywhere Atlas, putting them in the top 30% of all remote companies.
🏝️ Remote work policies

Lumos
🌶️ Hot take
I like A LOT about what I see from Lumos, including their 4.7 Glassdoor rating, full medical benefits, wellness stipends, and $1k annual learning and development stipends.
The only thing (in my mind) that keeps Lumos from moving into the top tier of work-from-anywhere companies is their +/- 4 hour PST timezone restriction. That covers a lot of territory, but would limit digital nomads to only travel in the Americas. It’s not clear whether or not you have to be physically located within the +/- 4 hour window, or if they will let you work those hours from anywhere.
Still, that amounts to 8 timezones. Here’s some highlights:
🏋🏾 Health and wellness: $100 bucks a month for health and wellness spend.
👶🏾 Parental leave: Up to 4 months of it.
📚 Learning budget: $1,000 bucks a year on learning and development spend.
🌴 Unlimited PTO: But make sure you actually use it!
🔎 What they do
Lumos excels in making IT operations smoother. IT and Security teams worldwide use Lumos to decrease technology spending, optimize access management processes, and strengthen their security posture. And the big guys love them – companies like GitHub, MongoDB, and Major League Baseball use Lumos to manage software, access, and vendors in one place.
📊 AtlasScore©
Lumos gets an 83% on the Anywhere Atlas putting it in the top 20% of work-from-anywhere companies.
🏝️ Remote work policies
Work from anywhere within +/- 4 hour PST timezone. Company statement: “100% remote work culture (+/-4 hours from PST)”

I currently cannot help you get hired with one of these specific companies for a role listed, or give you a recommendation. Note: “Hire from anywhere” is not the same as “Work from anywhere.” Some companies are not able to hire employees from anywhere, but this does not mean they are not a “work from anywhere” company.
💵 Salary estimates
We share publicly available remote job opportunities and, where salaries aren’t listed, we provide independent market estimates. These estimates do not reflect official company data.
