84 Jobs that let you work from anywhere for the week of November 12, 2025
⏱ 24 mins read
Holy moly, it’s November already. I feel like I was just writing to you from Mexico a moment ago, and now my toes are cold…and it’s dark out. Blah.
On a positive note, we’re scaling our remote career coaching program to include more done-for-you stuff. And we have a few more slots open before the end of the year.
We’d love to open it up to everyone right now, but we have to keep it boutique and focused because getting people hired requires a lot of focused and intentional work on our end, and we’re doing it in a way that requires less and less of your effort.
And people are getting hired! And working wherever they want!
DM me “remote job” if you want to apply to get one of the open slots before the end of the year and we will see if we are a fit!
Now for the 84 remote jobs of the week…
Circle
🌶️ Hot take
Circle is my current fully-remote darling. The have awesome Glassdoor reviews, clear remote work policies, value output over hours worked, work async and flexible hours, and offer geo-neutral pay.

✈️ 35 days PTO: Paid time away: all employees are given 35 days of PTO annually. We also offer a paid sabbatical after 5 years.

Muck Rack
🌶️ Hot take
Muck Rack will always hold a top spot in our database. They are the model for what we look for in a solid company: Good benefits, geo-neutral pay, remote-forever company policy, and great employee reviews. And take a peek at the benefit package (for US employees – international employees are likely negotiated or contract):
I would PREFER a “no meeting any day” policy, but one step at a time, Jeff. We will get there and it will be glorious.
✔︎ Geo-neutral pay alert! “We believe in equitable pay regardless of where you live.”

Spring Health
🌶️ Hot take
Heads up on Spring Health: Glassdoor reviews have stabilized at 3.1, if it drops below 3 I am going to drop them from this newsletter until the number improves. This is at the very bottom my threshold for promoting companies, so if it slips again I’ll likely nix them from newsletters until it rises. While this number doesn’t mean everything to me, it is an indicator. Here are some things I do like:
🏥 Medical: “Health, Dental, Vision benefits start on your first day at Spring.”
👶🏾 Parental: “Access to fertility care”
💵 Transparent salaries: Fortunately you know exactly what your salary range will be.
🚨 Vague remote policy alert. I’m confident that the remote roles listed are indeed remote, but I’m not confident that they will let you work from anywhere. I’d love to get some clarification from the company. Also note that many roles are hybrid, in-person, or location-based. I’ve selected a few that do not list specific geographies.
🔎 What they do
Spring Health believes everyone deserves access to high-quality mental healthcare. They assist businesses in updating their mental health benefits. Their program serves as a centralized gateway for various care options including digital activities, EAP services, coaching, therapy, and comprehensive medication.

Deel
🌶️ Hot take
Deel has one of my favorite quotes I’ve seen on a careers page:
“We believe in work without borders. Whether you want to work at home with your family or travel the world and work along the way, we’re here to support your choices. Our team is in 88 countries and counting.”
If you want to become a digital nomad, work. here. If you want to work and travel (like I do), definitely come work here. Also very impressive is that they are a very large company with a high Glassdoor score (4.6). It’s unbelievably rare for a company to scale AND maintain high sentiment. tips my cap.
🔎 What they do
Deel’s services are actually hyper-relevant to this entire list of fully-remote jobs – they enable companies to hire and pay talent globally while still staying compliant with local tax laws.
📊 AtlasScore©
Deel gets an 87% on the Anywhere Atlas putting it in the top 10% of work-from-anywhere companies.

PostHog
🌶️ Hot take
I’ve got a new company I would like to feature today…Let me introduce you to PostHog, a company that has one of the quirkiest, and wildly detailed careers page I’ve ever seen. Seriously, take a look. Also, I’ve never seen a “You will hate working here if…” section on a careers page.
But here is the shining pinnacle of the company:
Can I get an “amen” from the back row, please? This is a company that seems to understand how to measure and value its employees. And check out the in-person retreats they do:
Alright, I’m almost done…here’s a few more solid perks: A 25 day minimum PTO per year, free books, training budget, health benefits, and equity in the company. I like it. Here’s some stuff I like:
Unlimited vacation (with a minimum!):
“You’re required to take at least 25 days off per year. (If you don’t, you will be locked out of Slack. Just kidding.) This doesn’t come out of your sick leave or generous parental leave.”
Here’s some other highlights:
🏥 Private health, dental, and vision insurance
🏝️Paid company offsite retreats
📚 Learning/training budget
💵 Transparent salaries with a calculator that factors in your experience.

It combines tools like event tracking, session recording, feature flags, and A/B testing all in one place, so you can understand user behavior and improve your product.

I give PostHog an 84% on the Anywhere Atlas. They could get a significant nudge if they confirmed that they were a true work-from-anywhere company (I need to see it in writing to give them a 4 or 5).

Fully remote, but only hires employees who can work from GMT +2:00 to GMT -8:00 (Pacific Time in the US through Eastern Europe) houurs. Chili Piper
🌶️ Hot take
Chili Piper is the perfect embodiment of what we look for in a WFA company. (And my company even used them in the past, and they were awesome!) Jump on these roles, it’s a great place to work. Note: Some specialized roles need to be done within specific timezones – this is normal, even WFA companies have special roles that need to be done in a specific time zone. Fingerprint
🌶️ Hot take
Fingerprint has a clear remote work policy – work from anywhere, and hire from nearly anywhere. The give transparent salary ranges per job listing, some solid perks, solid Glassdoor reviews, and a friendly-ish careers page. I would LOVE to see this page sell me a little harder on why I should work there…”Here’s our transparent hiring process”, and “We believe in contribution and trust over hours and micromanagement.” With a little bit more work, it’s there. That said, they look fantastic. Here’s some features:
💵 Transparent salaries: I’m seeing this more and more, and I like it.
📚 Learning budget: “We want you to grow with us, so we offer a $600 yearly budget that you can spend to learn new stuff.”
🏝️ Paid Retreats: “We meet up as a company once a year (We went to Mexico City in 2023!) and teams meet up in smaller groups throughout the year.”

Omniscient Digital
🌶️ Hot take
Well, you know I’m a sucker for a map of employee locations, and Omniscient has a beauty:
Here’s three perks they offer employees that really catch my eye:
Here’s what’s great about the above:
- Asking for a minimum number of vacation days taken is a huge green flag, because most people take fewer vacation days than normal under an unlimited PTO policy.
- Working from wherever you want and working asynchronous means total flexibility, end of story.
- Offsites in fun locations is always an awesome way to travel and connect with your employees.
🔎 What they do
Omniscient Digital partners with ambitious B2B brands to drive attributable organic growth. They use a qualitative and quantitative research process (OmniscientX) to develop custom strategies that index on a brand’s unique strengths and attributes. Then they build a content production operation that balances quality content with high velocity.

Yodo1 Games
🌶️ Hot take
Yodo1 is an absolute WFA darling…I should just have a dedicated newsletter for their job listings (I won’t though). Their entire careers page is about employees, not the company. Even better, they talk ad nauseam about working remotely (which is always good for me).
“We love games, we play games, we grow games—from anywhere in the world. Will you add the next country to our map?”
And this…
“We don’t care about titles, your location, or the hours you work—only your impact on helping developers grow their games.” I could NOT word that any better myself, after seeing thousands of careers pages. Oh, and can I get an AMEN for a clear remote work policy?
And of course I love their stance on remote work: “Travel when and where you like, get paid in your currency of choice, and enjoy flexible hours and unlimited paid time off.”
🔎 What they do
Yodo1 helps game developers make more money from their games without ruining the player experience. They handle everything from ads to licensing so creators can focus on making fun games.

Aha!
🌶️ Hot take
My favorite work-from-anywhere companies started out as fully-remote companies, they weren’t forced into it by the pandemic. How does that translate to your quality of life? Companies founded with fully-remote structures typically have more developed async techniques, outcome and KPI measurement for employees, and don’t suffer from overlooking “quieter” and “more introverted” employees. In short, they are better at measuring outcomes.
To emphasize this point, Aha! says:
“Work is about effort and achievement — not a location.”
I’ve also got to note that Brian de Haaf does an absolute beautiful takedown of RTO mandates in this article. Here’s a powerful quote he says:
“These challenges will not disappear because people commute to a specific building. Achievement is not a place, and it is certainly not measured by in-person attendance.”
Love this. and please indulge me as I share another quote on their beliefs on RTO failures:
“Blaming remote work for a company’s productivity is obfuscation. That level of dysfunction is bigger than an office building. Mismanagement, unclear goals, no transparency into work, lack of urgency: These are the real culprits.”
Couldn’t say it better myself.
🔎 What they do
Aha! is like the superhero of product development software, with over a million product builders using it to turn their strategies into reality. They’ve got a cool toolbox that includes Aha! Roadmaps, Aha! Ideas, Aha! Whiteboards, Aha! Knowledge, and Aha! Develop—basically, everything your product team needs to shine. Plus, there are loads of tips, tricks, and training via Aha! Academy to help teams be top-notch.
📊 AtlasScore©
Aha! gets an 87% on the Anywhere Atlas putting it in the top 10% of work-from-anywhere companies.
🏝️ Remote work policies
Work from anywhere. Company statement: “Work is about effort and achievement — not a location. Aha! has been entirely distributed since the company was founded in 2013. You can find our teammates all over the world. We stay meaningfully connected and collaborate daily through Zoom and Slack.”

Regex SEO
🌶️ Hot take
Top notch remote work policy, a wildly generous perk package (especially for a company that hires from anywhere, and not obligated to give perks), and a genuinely nice founder that I had a chance to interview on our podcast a couple years ago.
If I had to enter back into the corporate world, this is one of the few companies whose door I would knock on.
🔎 What they do
Regex SEO wasn’t born from the usual mold. It was founded by a group of dedicated creatives, analysts, and marketers who were tired of one-size-fits-all plans and empty promises. They’re all about providing a unique, data-driven marketing approach tailored to each client’s specific needs. Their goal? Clear and outstanding outcomes that go above and beyond expectations. With personalized and transparent digital marketing strategies, they’re driving success for their clients.

beehiiv – New company alert!
🌶️ Hot take
The careers page is very very sparse, so what I’ve been able to pull is from Glassdoor, and their individual job listings. That said, their job listings are super detailed and relatable! Here’s a sample from one:

Lumos
🌶️ Hot take
I like A LOT about what I see from Lumos, including their 4.7 Glassdoor rating, full medical benefits, wellness stipends, and $1k annual learning and development stipends.
The only thing (in my mind) that keeps Lumos from moving into the top tier of work-from-anywhere companies is their +/- 4 hour PST timezone restriction. That covers a lot of territory, but would limit digital nomads to only travel in the Americas. It’s not clear whether or not you have to be physically located within the +/- 4 hour window, or if they will let you work those hours from anywhere.
Still, that amounts to 8 timezones. Here’s some highlights:
🏋🏾 Health and wellness: $100 bucks a month for health and wellness spend.
👶🏾 Parental leave: Up to 4 months of it.
📚 Learning budget: $1,000 bucks a year on learning and development spend.
🌴 Unlimited PTO: But make sure you actually use it!
🔎 What they do
Lumos excels in making IT operations smoother. IT and Security teams worldwide use Lumos to decrease technology spending, optimize access management processes, and strengthen their security posture. And the big guys love them – companies like GitHub, MongoDB, and Major League Baseball use Lumos to manage software, access, and vendors in one place.
📊 AtlasScore©
Lumos gets an 83% on the Anywhere Atlas putting it in the top 20% of work-from-anywhere companies.
🏝️ Remote work policies
Work from anywhere within +/- 4 hour PST timezone. Company statement: “100% remote work culture (+/-4 hours from PST)”

Ghost – New company alert!
🌶️ Hot take
Ghost’s careers page is everything I want to be when I get older. Read this quote:
“We’ve worked remotely since 2013 and, though everyone does it now, the way in which we’ve done it has always been to give people freedom and trust to do their best work — and live a fulfilling life beyond work. You wont find endless Zoom calls, full calendars, petty process or exhausting career politics here. Just a calm, creative group of humans enjoying challenging problems at the junction between art, science and engineering.”
This is what it’s all about, folks. Pair that with a super clear WFA policy along with the solid perks and bennies policy below, and you’re a happy camper.
🔎 What they do
Ghost is a small team creating a large platform that’s redefining how people are publishing online. The opportunity ahead for subscription commerce is hard to overstate, and they’re looking for people who can help turn our dream for the future of publishing into a reality.

Kinsta®
🌶️ Hot take
I get really good vibes reading Kinsta’s careers page. Here’s a line a really like:
“Kinsta is a fun and welcoming place where our team members connect to each other around the things they love: travel, learning new languages, reading, family, pets, and more. Kinsta is also a place where quality work gets done.”
They also publish a clear-as-day hiring process that outlines the exact expectations and timeline you can have for the process. Lastly, their job listings are crystal clear (though I would prefer to see transparent salary ranges).

Postscript
🌶️ Hot take
Here’s some things I like and don’t like about Postscript.
Likes: Their 4.2 Glassdoor score is relatively strong for companies with more than ten reviews. They have a clear perks & benefits section. They were shared on the Forbes Best Startup Employers List. They have solid testimonials.
Dislikes: The first few folds is about who THEY are and what they expect YOU to be. Companies really should start the same way you would by selling a prospect: target audience first, you second. Here’s some highlights:
✅ Strong Peer Reviews: 4.2 Glassdoor score (22 reviews). While it is just an indicator, it’s a pretty strong one.
💵 Transparent salaries: Mostly clear salary ranges. Some are missing.
🏥 Medical: Comprehensive insurance. Health, dental, and vision.
🌍 Geo-neutral salaries: “We do not have geo based salaries”
🔎 What they do
Postscript is the SMS Revenue Platform for e-commerce stores. Helping Shopify brands make SMS their #1 revenue channel. Postscript is redefining marketing for e-commerce companies by introducing SMS as an entirely new channel for them to engage, retain, and convert their customer base. Backed by Greylock, Y Combinator, and other top investors, Postscript is growing fast!

Lumenalta splits their prospective employee-facing content into careers and culture pages, which can be effective when you have a lot to say. What I love most about their culture page is that they focus 100% on the prospective employee, rather than themselves. It’s very tempting for companies to talk about themselves and their expectations, but it’s a mistake. That comes from a place of insecurity. Lumenalta does a good job of selling me on why I should work there. Here’s some aspects I like:
✅ Strong Peer Reviews: 4.1 Glassdoor score (342 reviews). That’s a strong indicator with a lot of votes.
⏰ Flexible hours: “We’re not about enforcing burdensome time sheets: We recognize that Lumens on our distributed teams across the globe do their best work at different times.”
✈️ Sabbatical: “These can include a luxury gift, a month-long paid sabbatical or monetary recognition.”
🔌 Tech stipend: “$1,000 to spend on whatever helps you feel your best, from gym gear to cooking classes and office decor. Whatever you’re into, we want you to be as fulfilled personally as you are professionally.”
🔎 What they do
Previously known as Clevertech, Lumenalta is a group of highly-trained technologists who have supported the world’s leading brands across industries since 2000. They build custom software solutions with big business impact and have supported brands like Target, Dicom Transportation Group, and Peoplehood.
📊 AtlasScore©
Lumenalta gets a 73% on the Anywhere Atlas (just upgraded, screenshot below is not real-time).
🏝️ Remote work policies
Fully-remote, but missing a work-from-anywhere statement and details on travel while working. Company policy: “Remote from the start. Since the beginning, we’ve been an office-less company so you can be as ambitious in your personal life as you are in your professional life. Our culture emphasizes the freedom to create from anywhere, the relentless pursuit of mastery through continuous improvement, and the sense of connection that comes from being part of driving great outcomes.”

“Absolutely surreal, it all happened so fast! The energy through this process was amazing, and I couldn’t recommend it enough. For years, I spent hours stuck commuting in terrible traffic, especially working in law enforcement. Now I can work from anywhere, no cars, no commute, just pure freedom. If I want to work outside or spend more time playing and enjoying life, I can. The mobility and flexibility are life-changing. Opportunities have already started popping up now that I’ve taken the guardrails off. I couldn’t have done it without you all. Thank you!”

I am not a recruiter nor am not affiliated with any of the companies listed above. I currently cannot help you get hired with one of these specific companies for a role listed, or give you a recommendation. Note: “Hire from anywhere” is not the same as “Work from anywhere.” Some companies are not able to hire employees from anywhere, but this does not mean they are not a “work from anywhere” company.
