71 Work-from-anywhere jobs hiring now for the week of October 8, 2025
⏱ 17 mins read
I’ve talked to thousands of you here on LinkedIn and through our daily job alert emails. Literally, freaking thousands. If I could summarize what I’m hearing in a sentence it would sound like this:
“This job market is horrendous and gives me the big sad.”
Sound about right? We hear ya. And while it’s impossible to guarantee someone gets hired for their dream job, there are things that can be done to maximize someone’s odds…and we have something in mind.
We’re gonna start launching weekly live virtual hangouts with our experts. They’re going to walk people through strategies that optimize your chances of getting noticed and hired.
For example, next week they’re going to talk about:
- One specific path to get a remote job more quickly than what almost everyone else is doing. Hint: It’s almost certainly a path you haven’t considered.
- The biggest mistakes job seekers make when job seeking.
These hangouts are going to be completely free for people to drop in and take notes/ask questions.
I’ll send a full description of the first session tomorrow in a short newsletter.
💬 If you want me to send you a link to the hangout, comment “hangout” in this post and we’ll get it to you as soon as the registration page is live. It’s going to be our test run, but I really think we’re gonna kill it for you.
For now, check out the hot jobs of the week below!
Growe – New Company Alert!
🌶️ Hot take
And yet another awesome reader recommendation! I haven’t yet had a chance to fully review Growe, but here’s what I know:
- Many roles are work from anywhere. Not all, but many. Don’t @ me if you find roles on their careers page that aren’t WFA, I warned ya.
- They have a 4.9 Glassdoor review score. Again, not something you should put all your stock into, but still solid.
- Transparent, published hiring process so that you’re not floundering through two months of several rounds of interviews.
I’m not seeing much published regarding the actual benefits they offer, so if Growe is reading this, please shoot me a note with details.
🔎 What they do
Growe is a business advisory and services firm specialized in the iGaming and entertainment sectors. They build scalable strategies and provide support—everything from market entry, branding, and business structuring to marketing, IT, and talent management—to help clients expand and thrive in new markets.

I haven’t had a chance to fully review Growe yet, and would need more information about their perks and bennies, along with their remote work policies to add to the Anywhere Atlas.

Tonic – Bonus Find!
🌶️ Hot take
I got a really nice message from an international concert violinist working for this tiny company named Tonic. Yes, you are getting the very first job listing from a music company, suggested by a violinist. I love it. These folks are helping people find their full music potential, one concert studio at a time.

TestGorilla
🌶️ Hot take
When the first thing you state on your careers page is a crystal clear remote work policy, I’m onboard.
With a 4.9 on Glassdoor with 69 reviews, I’d say TestGorilla is an absolute LOCK for me to recommend every time a job is listed. Do yourself a favor and just follow their careers page weekly. Here’s some things I like:
🌍 Hire-from-anywhere alert! TestGorilla will hire prospective employees from almost any country.
😎 Flexible hours: “Enjoy flexible hours and asynchronous work to balance work and life”
💻 Equipment budget: “€1,000 per year to help you set up your home office”
📚 Learning budget: Growth & development: Invest in yourself and your career with a 3.5% L&D budget and clear growth opportunities

Remote
🌶️ Hot take
Remote gets a RARE 5/5 on our remote emphasis scale. Everything about their careers page is THE model for how fully-remote companies should market themselves to prospects. The FIRST thing they talk about (in the freaking header) is their work-from-anywhere policy. Then they launch right into their asynchronous work style (and further reinforcement of their remote policy).
With a company size of 1,000+, HOW are they still able to maintain this employee-first mentality? No companies are able to scale AND maintain this line.
Oh, and you also know I’m a huge fan of a transparent handbook, so here’s theirs.
Updated note for Sep 3: Glassdoor reviews have dropped from 4.0 to 3.4 (down from 3.5 a few weeks ago). Again, don’t put all your stock in this, but use it as an indicator. Also note that I’ve heard from job applicants that your application may or may not be prioritized or compensated depending on your geographical location – but they do a good job of explaining this in each individual job listing. Read them carefully.

They’re all about giving everyone a fair shot by helping employers discover top talent and individuals achieve financial and personal freedom. Deel
🌶️ Hot take
Deel has one of my favorite quotes I’ve seen on a careers page:
“We believe in work without borders. Whether you want to work at home with your family or travel the world and work along the way, we’re here to support your choices. Our team is in 88 countries and counting.”
If you want to become a digital nomad, work. here. If you want to work and travel (like I do), definitely come work here. Also very impressive is that they are a very large company with a high Glassdoor score (4.6). It’s unbelievably rare for a company to scale AND maintain high sentiment. tips my cap.
🔎 What they do
Deel’s services are actually hyper-relevant to this entire list of fully-remote jobs – they enable companies to hire and pay talent globally while still staying compliant with local tax laws.
📊 AtlasScore©
Deel gets an 87% on the Anywhere Atlas putting it in the top 10% of work-from-anywhere companies.

GitBook – New company alert
🌶️ Hot take
They’re small, but mighty! I so so so wish some of these smaller companies hired more often, but then they wouldn’t be small companies! It’s a trade off. And like most small companies (that really care), they feel very personal, real and relatable.
Here’s some things I like:
🌎 Work from anywhere: to work remotely wherever you want to
🌴 Flex hours & PTO: “to enjoy flexible working hours and unlimited vacation time.”
🏡 Tech budget: “to benefit from a dedicated budget for home office set-up.”
🍼 Parental leave: “to get 16 weeks parental leave to welcome a child (or children!)”

Winona
A fresh review and hot take, to me and you!
🌶️ Hot take
Another suggestion from a reader is Winona, a telehealth platform supporting women through perimenopause and menopause. They are a small company, so there isn’t a ton of information out there, but I like a lot of what I see on their careers page, and they are a fully-remote company. There aren’t a ton of published perks, but here’s what I did find:
💪🏽 Flexible hours: “Embrace the flexibility of a fully-remote setup. With Winona, you can work from the comfort of your own space, as you contribute to a cause that truly matters.”
🏝️ Unlimited PTO: Unlimited Paid Time Off.
🔎 What they do
Winona is a science‑backed telehealth platform specializing in personalized, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (HRT) to help support women through perimenopause and menopause. They offer doctor-prescribed, customized treatments—such as creams, patches, pills, and capsules—delivered directly to your door, along with free shipping, unlimited follow-up care, and educational and community support.

PostHog
🌶️ Hot take
I’ve got a new company I would like to feature today…Let me introduce you to PostHog, a company that has one of the quirkiest, and wildly detailed careers page I’ve ever seen. Seriously, take a look. Also, I’ve never seen a “You will hate working here if…” section on a careers page.
But here is the shining pinnacle of the company:
Can I get an “amen” from the back row, please? This is a company that seems to understand how to measure and value its employees. And check out the in-person retreats they do:
Alright, I’m almost done…here’s a few more solid perks: A 25 day minimum PTO per year, free books, training budget, health benefits, and equity in the company. I like it. Here’s some stuff I like:
Unlimited vacation (with a minimum!):
“You’re required to take at least 25 days off per year. (If you don’t, you will be locked out of Slack. Just kidding.) This doesn’t come out of your sick leave or generous parental leave.”

I give PostHog an 84% on the Anywhere Atlas. They could get a significant nudge if they confirmed that they were a true work-from-anywhere company (I need to see it in writing to give them a 4 or 5).

Fully remote, but only hires employees who can work from GMT +2:00 to GMT -8:00 (Pacific Time in the US through Eastern Europe) houurs. Tilt (formerly Empower)
🌶️ Hot take
Oooooh there is so much here that I like! For starters, we have a 4.1 Glassdoor score with 100+ reviews – a great starting point. They have a solid remote work policy, and a lot of language and perks that I look for in a company, including the following, which warms my heart:
“Low meeting culture. Give us the data-driven recommendation on Slack over the meeting and multi slide deck.”
And how about this beauty?
🏥 Medical coverage: “Full health coverage. Find flexible plans at every premium level, and substantial subsidies that stand up to global standards.”
🏝️ Paid Retreats: “Paid global onsites. Magic happens IRL: we gather twice a year to reconnect over a shared meal or a kayaking adventure.”
🔌 Tech stipend: “Home office subsidy. You’re funded to get the gear you need to do your best work.”

Workmotion Engineering
🌶️ Hot take
WorkMotion leans HEAVILY on their strong beliefs on hiring and working from anywhere. To lift a statement from their careers page: “By emphasizing talent over location, we’ve assembled a global team that values flexibility and relies on trust.” This is the way of the future employee-employer relationships.
Let me just add one more line that I absolutely love from their careers page:
“Trust based work. Organise your own schedule – we celebrate results, not hours spent working.” Can I get an amen from the back, please?!
Here’s some of the things I like:
💪 Gym membership: Get access to subsidised gym membership or sports club subscriptions.

Coursedog
🌶️ Hot take
I would love to see Coursedog talk a bit less about themselves and what they expect of their workers and more about what they can offer prospective employees in the introduction of their careers page. That said, they are fully-remote, have a transparent perk package, and strong Glassdoor reviews. Also, they tick one of the most important boxes in my book:
I also like their published views on work-life balance. I’d love to hear a little more about where they hire, and how they feel about working while traveling. Here’s some strong benefits and perks:
✈️ Unlimited PTO: “We value work-life balance and provide a high amount of autonomy. In service to this, our Paid Time Off policy has no annual limit.”
👶 Paid Parental Leave: “workplace, we offer up to twelve (12) weeks of paid parental leave for the primary care giver and six (6) weeks of paid leave for the secondary care giver.”
🏥 Healthcare: “We use a fixed contribution model for benefits with the employer premium contribution ranging from 99% to 55% for employee only, to 77% to 43% for employee + dependents. Other benefits include Spring Health, XP Health, Carrot Fertility, One Medical, and HSA & FSA options.”

🌶️ Hot take
You know I’m a huge sucker for employer-employee trust, so I’ll always screengrab of any mention I can find.
The only area they have a lower score in the Anywhere Atlas is for employee perks, because nothing is publicly published. I would LOVE to learn more from the company so that I can accurately rate them.
Note: Many of the roles below are not hire-from-anywhere, so read the job listings carefully.

Canonical
🌶️ Hot take
Canonical is a bit tricky for me to review for a few reasons:
- Their Glassdoor reviews have dropped down to 3.1, right at my threshold. I’d want to see this start trending in the correct direction in order to consider them for inclusion again.
- I like they they have yearly sprints in cool locations like Cape Town, Madrid, and London.
- I like that hire-from-anywhere/work-from-anywhere roles are clearly labeled on the job listings as “worldwide.”
- I’d like to read more about how they feel about their employees traveling as a digital nomad, or being location-independent in general.
- I’d like to see more details about the perks they do or don’t offer employees, though I suspect they vary by hiring region.
Please get back to me, because I would like to include you again, but need a few more details to do so.
🔎 What they do
Canonical helps people and organizations tap into the power of open source to develop new products at speed and with confidence. Every team member contributes to this mission with a commitment to excellence.

Though most team members work remotely, we meet each other at least twice per year during in-person sprints to nurture cross-team relationships.
