    About the role

Community Phone is a mission-driven company focused on fixing the isolation of seniors in America. We have built a simple out-of-the-box phone integrated with AI-powered check-in calls and a family app that replaces daily dread with safety and peace of mind. We are well into 8-figure subscription ARR and pacing toward 9 figures with over 25,000 families.

As the founding Product Marketer, you will report directly to the CEO and define how our story reaches the world. This is not a maintenance job; you will own positioning, packaging, and go-to-market for a product that found genuine product-market fit and is now scaling to tens of millions of families.

    What you'll do

    • Define and own the positioning and messaging framework for families with aging parents.
    • Drive upsell and expansion by owning the pitch, rep playbook, and self-serve upgrade flows.
    • Lead launch and GTM for new features like AI check-in calls and new plan tiers.
    • Equip Sales and Customer Success teams with positioning, objection handling, and biweekly training.
    • Act as the voice of the customer by conducting monthly win/loss interviews and feeding insights into the roadmap.
    • Run a weekly GTM sync with Growth, CS, and Product teams to ensure messaging consistency.

    What they're looking for

    • 6 to 10+ years in product marketing at a consumer or SMB subscription company.
    • Experience shipping GTM tied to real revenue impact.
    • AI fluency to quickly ship hypotheses using in-house Claude skills.
    • Experience with self-serve or light-touch sales motions.
    • Ability to position hardware and software together for non-technical buyers.
    • High analytical ability to interpret WAU usage retention curves alongside customer interviews.
    • Strong writing skills capable of simplifying complex products for non-technical audiences.
    • Operator mindset focused on outcomes and urgency.
