About the role
Community Phone Company (YC W19) built a simple cloud phone system for businesses and seniors. We are fixing broken communications for the aging in America by providing reliable phone service, AI-powered check-in calls, and a family app that offers peace of mind. We are well into 8-figure subscription ARR and pacing toward 9-figures with over 25,000 families.
As a Sr Growth Product Manager, you will build the expansion motion from scratch. While we have low churn and high NPS, we need to build the trigger identification, experiment infrastructure, and lifecycle sequences to surface the right products to our existing customer base. You will have a clear revenue target and a direct line to product leadership and the CEO.
What you'll do
- Own expansion revenue from the consumer subscriber base, measured in ARR.
- Develop the full upsell motion including trigger identification, experiment design, in-product nudges, and pricing pages.
- Create and manage a prioritized roadmap of PLG experiments with a bias toward non-engineering levers.
- Build the reporting and learning loop to improve experiment outcomes over time.
- Diagnose expansion funnel gaps by pulling data and talking directly to customers within the first 14 days.
- Map and measure every sub-funnel in the expansion motion to create a live growth forecast.
What they're looking for
- 4+ years of product experience with at least 3 years in growth or monetization roles.
- Experience running PLG or lifecycle-driven upsell experiments in a consumer subscription business.
- Ability to build experiment frameworks and read results independently without data team hand-holding.
- History of owning a revenue metric rather than just shipping features.
- Comfort working without a dedicated engineering team by finding leverage in copy and design.
- Strong communication skills and a heavy bias toward action.
