About the role
Motive empowers the people who run physical operations with tools to make their work safer, more productive, and more profitable. The Motive Automated Operations Platform combines IoT hardware with AI-powered applications to automate vehicle tracking, driver safety, compliance, and spend management for over 120,000 businesses.
Motive is looking for a Senior Enablement Operations Manager to build the systems and operating model that help Revenue Enablement scale. This role owns the connective tissue between enablement strategy, technology, content operations, analytics, and field adoption.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who can move between strategy and execution: framing problems, aligning stakeholders, designing operating models, and ensuring solutions work for the teams who use them.
What you'll do
- Own the Enablement Operations portfolio including intake, prioritization, planning, and report-outs.
- Lead strategic programs from framing through launch, adoption, measurement, and transition.
- Build reusable playbooks for product launches, system rollouts, communications, and training.
- Establish indicators, dashboards, and scorecards that connect activity to business impact.
- Coordinate systems and data dependencies across enablement, communications, and reporting tools.
- Identify and deliver automation and AI opportunities to reduce manual coordination and support work.
- Create operating rhythms and decision rights to help cross-functional teams resolve tradeoffs.
- Partner with IT, Security, Finance, Product, and Sales to align requirements and manage programs.
What they're looking for
- Experience leading strategic programs, portfolio operations, enablement operations, or GTM technology functions.
- Track record of leading complex cross-functional programs from strategy through implementation and adoption.
- Experience designing operating models, governance, intake processes, or lifecycle standards.
- Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS administration, integrations, data flows, and workflow automation.
- Ability to use data to identify operational problems and communicate progress and tradeoffs.
- Experience working with vendors, procurement, security, legal, and finance partners.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills tailored for both executives and technical partners.
- Authorized to receive and access commodities controlled under U.S. Export Administration Regulations.
